Rainbow Sandwiches in English

Ingredients:
– Bread slices 8 Large (preferably one day old)
– Boiled Eggs 2
– Mayonnaise ¼ cup
– Mustard paste 2 tbsp
– Salt ¼ tsp
– Black pepper ¼ tsp
– Yellow food color a single drop
– Ketchup OR chili garlic sauce ¼ cup
– Shredded Carrots ½ cup (water drained)
– Red Food Color single drop
– Shredded Cucumber ½ cup (water drained)
– * Green chilies 2-3
– * Fresh Coriander ½ bunch
– * Salt ¼ tsp
– * Lemon Juice ½ tsp
– * Water 1-2 tbsp
– Green Food Color single drop
– Butter to spread on slices
Step 1:
– Make a paste of asterisk ingredients.
Step 2:
– Mash the eggs in bowl adding mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pepper and yellow color. Set aside.
– In a green paste added shredded cucumbers with green food color and set aside.
– In ketchup/chili garlic sauce add shredded carrots and red food color and set aside.
Assembling:
– Take four slices and butter them properly.
– Now add red batter and place a slice on it following by green and lastly by yellow.
– Once a sandwich ready cut all the corners
– Cut the sandwich in a way you like (diagnol or square)
– Serve with fried and coleslaw

Rainbow Sandwiches in Urdu:
Ingredients:
– Bread slices 8 Large (one day old)
– Boiled Anday 2
– Mayonnaise ¼ cup
– Mustard paste 2 tbsp
– Namak ¼ tsp or to taste
– Kali mirch powder ¼ tsp
– Yellow food color a single drop
– Ketchup OR chili garlic sauce ¼ cup
– Shredded Gajar ½ cup (water drained)
– Red Food Color single drop
– Shredded Kheera ½ cup (water drained)
– * Hari Mirch 2-3
– * Fresh Dhania ½ bunch
– * Namak ¼ tsp or to taste
– * Lemon Juice ½ tsp
– * PANI 1-2 tbsp
– Green Food Color single drop
– Makhan to spread on slices
Step 1:
– Asterisk ingredients ka paste bana lein
Step 2:
– Anday mash karein and is main mayonnaise. Mustard, nmak, kali mirch aur yellow color milaye. Alag rakh dein.
– Green paste main kheera aur hara rang milaye aura lag rakh dein.
– Ketchup/chili garlic sauce main shredded gajar aur lal rang milaye aur alag rakh dein.
Assembling:
– Chaar slices ko sahi se makhan lagaye
– Ab pehle slice pe lal batter lagaye aur uper dosri slice rakh dein.
– Phir hara batter aur phir slice aur akhir main peela batter and slice rakh dein.
– Jab sandwich ready hojaye to chaar konay kaat lein.
– Sandwich ko pasand ke mutabiq cut karke fries aur coleslaw ke saath serve karein.

Coleslaw Recipe in English

Ingredients:

– Finely sliced green cabbage 1 cup
– Shredded carrots 2 tbsp
– Mayonnaise ½ cup
– Sugar 1 tsp
– Salt as per taste
– White pepper powder ¼ tsp
Directions:
– Blanch cabbage: Bring water to boil, add sliced cabbage, boil for 1 minute and drain water. Add to cold water immediately to stop cooking. Drain properly again.
– Add blanched cabbage in a bowl.
– Add carrots, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, sugar and mix well.
– Chill and serve.

Coleslaw Recipe in Urdu

Ingredients:

– Finely sliced band gobi 1 cup
– Shredded gajar2 tbsp
– Mayonnaise ½ cup
– Cheeni 1 tsp
– Namak as per taste
– White pepper powder ¼ tsp
Directions:
– Blanch cabbage: Pani ko boil karein, is main band gobi 1 min ke daal ke nithar lein. Aur kuch dair thande pani main rakhden. Paani se nikal kar bowl main daal lain.
– Ab is main gajar, mayonnaise, namak, mirch aur cheeni daal ke mix karein.
– Thanda karke serve karein.
