Ice cream cake – Cookist

INGREDIENTS
500g ice cream
40g sugar
180g flour
1tsp baking powder

DIRECTIONS
Choose your favorite flavor of ice cream and combine it with flour, sugar and the baking powder. Mix the ingredients together well. Pour the batter into a bread pan and cover the top with crushed chocolate chip cookies. Bake at 180°C for 35 minutes. The result will be a moist, delicious and soft ice cream cake!
