Chocolate Swiss Roll-Cookist

INGREDIENTS
cookies
plastic wrap
200ml whipped cream
150g cream cheese
1espresso coffee
50g powdered sugar
milk

DIRECTIONS
The first thing you will need to prepare is the whipped cream. Then, add the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and coffee to it. Divide this mixture into two separate bowls, add two teaspoons of cocoa powder to one-half of the mixture so you get two different color creams. Dip the cookies into the milk for a few seconds, and then lay them out vertically in three rows onto a sheet of plastic wrap. Using a pastry bag, alternate the two creams over the cookies. Carefully roll it up and freeze it for at least two hours.
