Chocolate chip cookie ice cream cups-Cookist
70g chocolate chips
Mix together the flour, sugar, butter, eggs, and the vanilla extract. Mix well. Stir in the chocolate chips. Roll the dough into 2 cm wide balls and then, place each ball into a muffin cup. Press the dough into the muffin cup. Do not put too much cookie dough into the cups! Bake at 180°C for about 25 minutes, keeping an eye on them to make sure they don’t overcook. Remove them from the oven and let them cool.
Fill the cups with any flavor of ice cream you like and sprinkle some chopped hazelnuts on top to decorate. Your fresh and delicious dessert is ready to be served!
