Beef Keema Briyani Recipe By Food Fusion

Ingredients:
• Whole Spices:
o Cinnamon sticks 2-3 pcs
o Star anise 1
o Cloves 5-6
o Black pepper 6-8
o Cumin 1 tsp
o Black cardamom 1
o Bay leaf 1
o Nutmeg & Mace ground 2 pinch
• Mint leaves handful
• Coriander leaves handful
• Yogurt 1 cup
• Green chilies 4-5
• Oil ½ cup
• Onion 2 sliced
• Tomatoes sliced 3-4
• Ginger paste 1 tsp
• Garlic paste 1 tsp
• Minced beef 500 gms
• Turmeric ½ tsp
• Red chili powder 1 tsp
• Salt ½ tbs or to taste
• Coriander powder 1 tsp
• Mint leaves
• Green chilies sliced 1-2
• Lemon slices 2-3
• Rice par boiled with salt ½ kg
• Yellow food color 2 pinch

Directions:
• In a blender, add mint leaves, coriander, green chilies and yogurt and blend well. Set aside.
• Heat oil in a pot and add whole spices and mix, add onions and fry until brown. Add sliced tomatoes and cook. Add ginger garlic paste and mix well. Add yogurt and greens mixture and cook. Add minced meat and fry until it changes color than add salt, turmeric, red chili and coriander powder. Cook for 10 mins.
• Now for Biryani layers: add mint leaves, green chilies, lemon slices, than add a layer of boiled rice. Sprinkle yellow food color. Cover and cook for 10-15 minutes on low flame.
• Spicy Qeema Biryani is ready to serve.

• Sabut garam masala:
o Darchini 2-3 pcs
o Badiyan ka phool 1
o Long 5-6
o Kali mirch 6-8
o Zeera 1 tsp
o Badi elaichi 1
o Tez pata 1
o Jaifil javitri pissi huee 2 pinch
• Podina muthi bhar
• Dhania muthi bhar
• Dahi 1 cup
• Hari mirch 4-5
• Oil ½ cup
• Pyaz 2 sliced
• Tamatar sliced 3-4
• Adrak paste 1 tsp
• Lehsan paste 1 tsp
• Keema Beef 500 gms
• Haldi ½ tsp
• Lal mirch 1 tsp
• Namak ½ tbs or to taste
• Dhania powder 1 tsp
• Podina
• Hari mirch sliced 1-2
• Lemon slices 2-3
• Chawal ½ kg – ek kanni uble hue namak ke sath
• Zarde ka rang 2 chutki

Banane ka tareeka:
Blender main, podina, hara dhania, hari mirch aur dahi shamil karke blend kar lain. Ek bowl main nikal ke rakhlain.
Degchi main oil garam karain, Sabut garam masala shamil karke karkarayen. Pyaz shamil karke brown karlain, Tamatar, Adrak lehsun ka paste shamil karain phir dahi wala mixture shamil karke mix karain. Keema shamil karke achi tarah bhoon lain. Ab baki masala shamil kar lain: namak, haldi, lal mirch, dhania powder. 10 minutes pakayen.
Biryani ki the lagane keliye pehle, dhania podina ke pate, hari mirch, lemon slices daalen, phir boil hue rice ki layer lagayen aur zarda rag chirak kar halki aanch par 10-15 minute ka dum den.
Mazedar Qeema biryani tayar hai.
